About the Journal

Law and Human Rights is an international journal called IJRLHR that focuses on research related to law and human rights. It is an open-access journal, which means anyone can read its papers for free. The journal includes articles about how laws and human rights are developed and studied. Its goal is to offer the best and most reliable information based on research findings and future developments through original papers.

The journal publishes different types of articles, such as Research Articles, Review Articles, Editorials, Photographs, Videos, Short Communications, Rapid Communications, Case Reports, Survey Reports, and Mini Reviews.

Online System

The journal uses an online system to help manage the peer-review process. Authors can submit their work and check the status of their papers. Reviewers are able to download manuscripts and submit their feedback. Editors can handle the entire process of submitting, reviewing, revising, and publishing through this online system. Authors can also track the status of their articles before they are published.

Peer Review

The journal follows a quick review process, usually taking about 45 days, based on international peer-review standards. The review is done by either members of the editorial board or external reviewers. At least two or three independent reviewers must approve the paper before the editor gives final approval. Once published, all articles are available on the web without any restrictions or fees.

Open Access

Open Access publishing is a way to speed up scientific discoveries by ensuring research freely available on the internet. A key part of Open Access is keeping peer-reviewed articles and research data safe and accessible. This concept is also used for theses, books, and other academic works. Promoting Open Access helps drive innovation, economic growth, and the sharing of knowledge worldwide. In short, the International Journal for Research in Law and Human Rights (IJRLHR) Open Access is a tool that helps improve society and advance science.
